We are Bucareli, and not only are we proud to be crafting some of the finest Mexican chocolate out there (if we do say so ourselves), but we're even prouder of who's helping us make it—the disabled of Mexico City. Through us, they're finally able to get the employment, training, and education they need to start a new life.
We make some of the finest chocolate in Mexico. We use cacao from farmers who are committed to polyculture—keeping diversity in their plantations and sustainability are the reason we're passionate about their cocoa (well, the amazing flavor and all-natural quality might also have had something to do with it).
